Returns Policy

Please keep in mind that because all of our screen doors are custom made, we cannot offer a refund or exchange (remake) unless a product is defective.

If there is a defect in material or workmanship, something doesn’t work properly, or your product was made in the wrong size and doesn’t fit due to an error made at our production facility, we will replace or repair the same product in the same size you ordered at no cost to you for up to 90 days from the date of purchase.

Shipping

We offer fast and free shipping for orders in US.

All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Shipping time is within 7 working days.

Estimated delivery time is 10 to 12 business days. We mainly work with DHL, FedEx, USPS, UPS to provide shipping service for you.

How to Measure

1. Height measurement: Measure the height of the left, centre and right side of the door opening, whichever is the smallest.
2. Width measurement: Measure the width of the upper and lower side of the door opening, whichever is the smallest.
3. Double check the width and height of the retractable screen door you need.

How to Install

1. Insert the crane wheel and top spike into the top track slot.
2. Insert the bottom rail into the slot of the lower spike.
3. Torque the junction screws to hold the door in place and install it into the doorway with double-sided tape or glazing glue.
