Returns Policy

Please keep in mind that because all of our screen doors are custom made, we cannot offer a refund or exchange (remake) unless a product is defective.

If there is a defect in material or workmanship, something doesn’t work properly, or your product was made in the wrong size and doesn’t fit due to an error made at our production facility, we will replace or repair the same product in the same size you ordered at no cost to you for up to 90 days from the date of purchase.

All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Shipping time is within 7 working days.

Measure the Outer Window Frame

  1. Measure the outer window frame or where you want to attach screen.
  2. We will fully customize the window screen according to the width and height you provide.
  3. Double check the width and height of the screen door you need.

Love these. They work to block out the cold ( bedroom is on north side of house) and if you want black out windows this is for you! Hubby didn’t use all the Velcro tape for these. I wanted to be able to roll the cover up during the day without a bunch of Velcro ripping! The Velcro attached to the wall very well. Now we will see how the Velcro performs through the year. So far all is good. Oh yes the last photo on the right is bedroom lights off and bedroom door closed. You could eliminate the small strip of light at bottom of window if you put the Velcro on the bottom. We didn’t.
